PERRY LANG’S INTRODUCES ITS FALL MENU FEATURING

AN IMPECCABLE NAPA ‘DINE IN THE VINES’ EXPERIENCE

An elevated BBQ steakhouse, Perry Lang’s at The Estate Yountville, 6539 Washington St., introduces its fall menu this week with a curated new offering of dry and wet aged steaks, served along with its classically inspired dishes that revolve around Adam Perry Lang’s unique dry aging room. The new steak collection includes: Ribeye, Wet Aged 81-89 days; Center Cut Filet Mignon, Wet Aged 42-52 days; New York Strip, Wet Aged 92-99 days; and a Dry Aged Cut of the Day.

Perry Lang’s fall menu also features an extraordinary new experience with private dining available upon request for up to 10 guests in The Estate’s Vineyard, home to some of Napa Valley’s first vines, dating back to the 1870s. Paired with wines by one of The Estate’s premier partners, “Dine in the Vines” offers guests the opportunity to experience a flight of steak cuts and a novel tableside steak education course, led by Executive Chef Timothy Humphrey.
